    Tran acid (TXA) is a fibrinolytic amino acid derived from lysine. 2% tran acid (TXA) exerts effects on pigmentation and uneven skin tone via its inhibitory power on UV-induced plasminogen activator. This activator converts plasminogen to plasmin, which speeds up tyrosinase activity that generates dark pigments. By ceasing plasminogen activation, tran acid (TXA) returns skin back its radiant youthful glow.

    Worth it!

    It works great! It doesn't prevent acne but it effectively reduces the appearance of hyperpigmentation. I love it, especially the price. It's a fantastic substitute for vitamin C serums which are usually double the price. The texture is tacky at first, but give it a few minutes and it'll sink in after some moisturizer. Definitely recommended.
