Use AM & PM.
Step 1: Wet face first. Pour an appropriate amount of Higher Capacity Cleansing Fluid into wet hands, rub together into a light lather, and massage into face. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 2: After cleansing, smooth a thin layer of Mushroom B5 Toning Cocktail onto face and neck with or without a cotton pad. Skin should feel calm and moisturized.
