Garden of Wisdom C-Deep Vitamin C Serum is formulated with just one crucial goal – delivering the maximum amount of vitamin C into the deepest layer of the skin for all-out brightening complexion.

Just above the deepest layer of the skin, the dermis, exists a rich lipid (oil) barrier that limits the absorption of water-soluble vitamins, such as ascorbic acid (the pure form of vitamin C). Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate is scientifically transformed into a lipid-soluble vitamin C. It has a greater affinity for skin because its fatty acid component helps make inroads into the dermis lipid barrier. In vitro penetration studies illustrated a 6x increase in the absorption of tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate versus L-ascorbic acid.

Thiotaine is a mushrooms-derived potent antioxidant amimo acid that is found in high concentrations around cells prone to free radical damage. At 2% concentration, it improves the shelf-life of vitamin C, antioxidizing and revitalizing vitamin C for optimal skin-brightening and antioxidant protection. Coupled with squalane, a natural component of human skin sebum, this vitamin C serum dissolves into skin seamlessly for supreme results.

Apply Garden of Wisdom C-Deep Vitamin C Serum onto cleansed face and neck skin both in the morning and evening. Leave to absorb before applying other oil-based serums or moisturisers. If using water-based serums, then apply C-Deep Vitamin C Serum after their use.
