    What makes this product unique?

    Hemi-squalane is a non-polar hydrocarbon derived from the fermentation of glucose-based feedstock. Different from squalane (a saturated and stable hydrocarbon), hemi-squalane has lower molecular weight, therefore leaving a dry and light sensation after application.

    Both squalane and hemi-squalane are non-comedogenic emollients. Consistent use prevents loss of hydration that damages dermal flexibility. Many love applying a few drops of hemi-squalane to hair to reduce hair frizz.

    For hair: apply a few drops on damp, clean hair to prevent dryness and make hair less frizzy.

    For face: apply a few drops daily or as needed to entire face ideally after water-based treatments. May also be mixed with your favourite moisturizer.

    LOVE this stuff! My face tends to get very dry in the winter months and this is the only moisturizer I found that get rid of the dry flakey skin. It goes on pretty greasy at first but within minutes my skin just drinks it up.

    Very hydrating and plumping

    This provides such good hydration that leaves your skin glowing. I apply it after using an exfoliating toner at night and I feel that it really balances my skin and leaves it looking radiant in the morning.

    Wow, I am seriously impressed by this product. I have combo/oily skin, and this melted into my skin like butter. Good oils improve your own skin oils. This one is amazing! After 10 minutes, the serum had completely absorbed into my skin. It left my face feeling soft, hydrated, and calm. It's extremely light, and smooths my skin. You can also use this to de-frizz your hair without leaving an oily mess on the ends.
